Shipping & Tracking


We now offer shipping to over 90 countries worldwide with various shipping options for each region.
We offer standard IPS FREE SHIPPING to most countries with other options available for an addtional fee. 

Orders are shipped within 24 hours. If an order is made on a Friday (Korea time), then the order will be shipped on the following Monday. 


IPS - Our standard FREE SHIPPING method (uses government-based couriers) This option will have tracking information available only until it arrives in the destination country. The courier service there is not obligated to update status at each checkpoint.

EMS - Our Express Shipping (uses government-based couriers) This option will have tracking information available until it arrives to the recipient. This method will have its status updated at every checkpoint.

Shipping time frames are dependent on various factors such items selected, shipping destination and the shipping method selected. Occasionally there can be delays in customs.

1) Shipping Information (Recipient, Shipping Address, Contact Number)
Please make sure that your shipping information is 100% correct. We hold no responsibility for issues arising from wrong shipping information.

2) Weekend Delivery
We are unable to arrange weekend delivery unless it is FedEx. All shipping times listed on our website are in business days. (Monday ~ Friday, excluding national holidays)

3) Duty & TAX
Import duties, VAT, and other taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's responsibility. If you are unaware of your country's duty & tax information, you may email us at for assistance. 

4) Failed Delivery Attempt
If nobody is at the address when the package is delivered, a notice will be left in the mailbox of the recipient with information on how to reschedule a delivery. This is the obligation of the customer, not Go-Clair. 

5) Shipments to APE and APO Addresses
We cannot ship to these addresses unless it is through FedEx.
