Refunds before receiving package

If you request a refund before you receive the package, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the return shipping costs which will automatically be removed from the total purchase price. Please email us at info@go-clair.com and request your refund.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@go-clair.com.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@go-clair.com and send your item to the address listed on the bottom of the page. Go-Clair provides a 1-year manufacturers warranty and will replace your defective product with a new one. Once your defective product is received, we will inspect and approve the exchange and send you a confirmation email along with the tracking number for the shipment of the replacement product.

* For exchanges on defective products, Go-Clair will not reimburse for shipping costs beyond standard IPS shipping (i.e. express shipping charges will not be reimbursed in full).
